Train more medics to meet need, says GSA Head
We should give Sixth formers who have a vocation for medicine to become trained medics and pursue a vocational career, says Caroline Jordan, Headmistress of Headington School in The Telegraph, 19/5/14 .
Not many people are fortunate enough to have a vocation, says Caroline. For many GSA students who do, it is to be a doctor which involves years of training and hard work, not to mention debt. But we must help them because the UK has a shortage of medics.
Listen to Caroline discussing this topic in more depth with Tim Ecott of Voice of Russia UK.
