Cranford House pupils from Years 7 & 8 recently experienced the thrill of having their original works on public display, having been selected in this year’s Young Art Oxford competition. Entries for the exhibition came from around 50 schools all over the Oxfordshire region, based on the theme of The World We Live In.
One hundred pictures were chosen for display in the Years 7-9 category, with nine Cranford winners among their midst – a spectacular result! What’s more, Year 8’s Holly did brilliantly to scoop the second prize overall with her beautiful painting of a chameleon. Congratulations, everyone.
