Kensington Prep pupils in Fulham put broadcaster and author Clare Balding through her paces interviewing her about her latest book ‘The Racehorse Who Disappeared’. Clare is passionate about horses and riding and her inspiration for the children’s story was the mystery disappearance (over 35 years ago) of the celebrated race horse Shergar.
The girls interviewed Clare in the school’s new multi-media studio. They were brimming with questions. Clare gave lots of tips about positive thinking and resilience – sharing anecdotes from the many top sportsmen and women she has met from Olympic medal winners to Wimbledon tennis champions.
We were all inspired by Clare’s insights, warmth, humour and energy.
