Complete with team t-shirts and brightly painted faces, Cheltenham Ladies’ College pupils ran through vibrant clouds of colour as they sprinted towards the finish line of Glow Run 2018. The girls were fundraising for the College’s five nominated charities; Macmillan, Mary’s Meals, Save the Children, Guide Dogs UK and St Hilda’s East, as well as for UNICEF UK.
All the pupils enjoyed the race, showing great enthusiasm for their fundraising, and each girl ended the afternoon dusted from head to toe in a rainbow of brightly coloured paint.
The event was a huge success, with pupils raising more than £2,500 for their chosen charities and helping to increase awareness of children’s rights and global citizenship.
