As Royal Wedding fever gripped the nation, pupils at Saint Martin’s School joined in the celebrations with a day full of their very own wedding fun and games.
Younger pupils in Alice House and Junior School dressed up as wedding guests, enjoyed a special breakfast, took part in a royal quiz, decorated crowns and even acted out scenes from Harry and Meghan’s big day.
And the celebrations didn’t stop there as they were joined by the rest of the pupils and staff, many of whom were also dressed suitably for the occasion, for a Royal Wedding-themed lunch.
“The Royal Wedding was such a special occasion and we were delighted to be able to celebrate it throughout the school with a day of wonderful activities, food and dressing up,” said Head Nicola Smillie.
“Everyone had a fantastic day – the perfect way to honour the newlyweds!”
