“It gives me enormous pleasure to once again be able to celebrate our Year 11 pupils’ outstanding GCSE results. It is thanks to their determination, our teachers’ dedication and our school-wide focus on academic ambition that we can approach results day with real excitement each year, knowing that our pupils will have achieved to the very best of their individual abilities. The fact that we are not academically selective is no barrier to exceptional results.
