Haberdashers’ Monmouth student qualifies for national equestrian competition

A 14-year-old rider at Monmouth School for Girls has qualified for a prestigious national equestrian competition.

Megan Yeomans topped the 95cm class and finished third in the 105cm class while representing Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools at an inter-schools show-jumping event.

Megan, from Year 10, has sealed her place to compete for the schools at the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) Championships in Bedfordshire in October.
