GSA chief executive Donna Stevens said:
“We welcome the publication of IICSA’s landmark report which makes important recommendations to protect future generations of children from sexual abuse. We pay tribute to the courage and bravery of the victims and survivors who came forward and told the inquiry about the abuse they suffered, to help protect other children from harm. Alongside the ISC, associations and schools GSA is reviewing the report in detail and wholly supports any form of mandatory reporting that future proofs the safety of every child in every school.”
