Helping to develop clarity of direction, awareness, leadership presence, and resilient decision making, this programme would be perfect for both new and experienced Senior Leaders wanting to be their best-selves and develop their successful leadership style, learning how to get the most from their staff, creating a happy team who will enjoy working together and so provide the best learning environment for their pupils.

Personal and professional development is crucial. This volatile and uncertain environment requires sustainable high performance for leaders.

The Senior Leaders cohort provides a safe and supportive small group which goes beyond the usual levels of leadership coaching support and incorporates skills development – which is sometimes overlooked. It is faster paced and provides opportunity for reflection on where you are and your direction of travel, emphasising techniques that have relevance for life both in and out of school, to create balance in our lives and help raise performance for the direct benefit of your teams and the wider school community.

Each cohort, led by Nicky Bright, will follow a twelve-week, online group coaching programme to help participants understand how to lead with sustained energy and enthusiasm, getting the best out of yourself & others to have the most positive impact possible, and with balance. Each week the curriculum will focus upon a different aspect of leadership and life to build the skills of sustainable high-performance leadership.

The Senior Leaders programme is £990 + VAT pp and registration will be made through Bright Lead. An early bird discount of 10% is available to those who book before 31^st October. Commencing January 6^th, Senior Leaders meet every Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm weekly.
