This session will explore the theoretical underpinning of masking in neurodiverse girls and explore The associated difficulties this may cause students in the school environment. We will explore ways in which schools can create neuro-affirmative environments that support students to engage authentically with their education and build positive management strategies for the future which enable them to not merely survive, but thrive.
