The GSA Conference for Deputy Heads and Senior Leaders 2023 will take place on Wednesday 10- Thursday 11 May at the Leicester Marriott Hotel. The Conference will bring together senior staff from GSA schools and provide opportunities for discussion, sharing good practice, and professional development.
The conference will also include an evening dinner on Wednesday 10 May 2023.
There is a wide range of opportunities for supporting the event this year, from sponsorship, to having a stand in the exhibition, or simply attending the public sessions as a corporate delegate. In addition, all sponsoring and exhibiting partners will be listed on the GSA website for 1 year.

Why Partner with GSA?
GSA represents 145 of the UK’s leading independent girls’ schools.
GSA schools range from the highly-selective to local community schools, including both day and boarding. Some cater for 100% girls, others provide a predominantly girls-only environment with boys in the nursery and/or sixth form.
The Conference for Deputy Heads & Senior Leaders is a popular annual event which brings together senior staff from across GSA’s membership.
The composition of Senior Leadership Team varies from school to school but, in most cases, will comprise a Deputy Head Academic, Deputy Head Pastoral, Director of Studies, and one or more Assistant Heads. These members of staff often have responsibility for areas such as data management, expeditions, resources, IT software, extra-curricular activities, etc.
Exhibiting at the Conference provides companies with an opportunity to introduce new products and services, generate new business, and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Opportunities for Sponsorship
HEADLINE CONFERENCE SPONSOR – £1,900 – SOLD OUT
There are two spaces available as the Headline Conference Sponsors benefiting from:
- The organisation’s logo in a prominent position on the conference staging for the duration of the conference. The logo will also appear in the delegates’ papers, conference mailings, dinner menus, and on the GSA website.
- Priority allocation, before other sponsors and exhibitors, of a pitch in the exhibition, if required. The sponsorship is inclusive of a 3m stand space.
- The right to use ‘Official Headline Sponsor of the GSA Conference for Deputy Heads and Senior Leaders 2023’.
- The Conference chair giving specific acknowledgement and thanks.
- Two invitations to the drinks reception and dinner on Wednesday 10 May.
- The opportunity to give a 5 minute presentation to delegates on the first day of the conference.
PRE-DINNER DRINKS RECEPTION – £1,200
The sponsor of Wednesday’s pre-dinner drinks reception will have their logo and acknowledgment of their contribution in a prominent position on the dinner menu and will be formally thanked during the dinner. The opportunity also includes one invitation to the dinner on Wednesday.
WINE AT THE DINNER – £1,200
The sponsor of the wine at Wednesday’s dinner will have their logo and acknowledgment of their contribution in a prominent position on the dinner menu and will be formally thanked during the dinner. The opportunity also includes one invitation to the dinner on Wednesday.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER SPONSOR – £650
We are delighted to be welcoming to the conference a number of highly respected and prominent speakers.
The sponsor of a conference session will be invited to add a reasonable amount of branding to the staging for the duration of the session and will be thanked in the vote of thanks. The sponsorship will also be acknowledged on the event programme and conference app.

EVENT PADLET SPONSOR – £650
We will not be publishing a printed conference brochure, so the event padlet will be essential for delegates during the conference. The padlet will contain all of the key information relating to the conference including the event programme, speaker’s biographies, hotel and exhibitor information.
As the sole padlet sponsor you will benefit from:
- Your organisation’s logo prominently displayed on the padlet landing page.
- Specific thanks in the conference chairs welcome speech.
- Attendance for one day, for one representative at the conference.
Opportunities for Exhibitors
Exhibition Overview
The exhibition will be held in the room directly next to the main conference room at the Leicester Marriott Hotel . All conference hospitality during refreshment breaks and lunches, will be served only amongst the exhibition area, ensuring very good access to the exhibition throughout the breaks.
As previously outlined, the allocation of pitches will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Organisations also committed to sponsoring the conference will be given priority pitch allocation.
Pitch Pricing
Under current social distancing measures, we are limiting the number of pitches available and would encourage registration as soon as possible to secure your place at the exhibition. This position will be kept under review and the number of places increased if possible. Each pitch will have a depth allocation of 1 metre only; display stands must not exceed the agreed dimensions. Please note that pitches are space-only and not a shell scheme.

2 metre width – £650
3 metre width – £750
4 metre width – £850

The package for major conference sponsor include 3m stand space.

Other Opportunities
Annual Dinner Attendance
Exhibiting companies have the opportunity to attend the pre-dinner drinks reception and dinner on the Wednesday evening at a cost of £85. Both the reception and dinner will take place at the Leicester Marriott Hotel.
Due to space restrictions, tickets are limited to one per exhibiting company. However, if you are taking up a sponsorship package that includes a ticket, you do have the option of purchasing a place for a second representative. Please indicate if you would like to do this on the booking form. Places for the reception and dinner will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Corporate Delegate Attendance
For those companies wishing to attend the Conference but not exhibit, we are pleased to offer a Corporate Delegate Rate. For £300 per person, company representatives will be able to attend all public sessions as well as network with delegates during lunch and refreshment breaks. Please note that this rate does not include accommodation or evening meals. Tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased separately at a cost of £85 per head, as detailed above.
Please note that the number of Corporate Delegate tickets are limited, and these will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Companies taking an exhibition stand do not need to also purchase Corporate Delegate tickets as this is covered by the exhibition package.
