Inclusion Summit 2026 – Unlocking the Power of the Human

Inclusion can be a challenge for school leaders and at many events the advice stops at the what and never reaches the how. This new event from The Girls’ Schools Association changes that. Unlocking the Power of the Human is built entirely around the issues the headteachers told us matter most.
The day brings together Heads, governors, EDIB leads, SENCos, admissions directors and ISI inspectors to tackle the important questions such as: leading inclusion in a polarised culture; evidencing inclusion practice for successful inspection, and navigating courageous parent conversations.
Expect to leave with practical tools to use from the next day in school and a clear framework,. The event includes a selection of workshops you can pick from on the day, exciting world-leading speakers and experts, and the chance to hear directly from pupils and parents about how they choose a school and if a school feels like somewhere they feel they belong.
