Tudor Hall School’s Governors have announced that there will be no change to the fees for the forthcoming 2025-26 academic year.
Despite inflationary pressures and the UK government’s decisions to tax education and remove Mandatory Business Rate Relief, compounded at the budget by the announcements regarding Employers’ National Insurance, Tudor Hall is determined to buck the trend of many schools who are raising fees for the next academic year.
Tudor did not pass on the full 20% VAT hike to parents in January and, in response to the financial pressures facing the independent sector, continues to focus on reducing cost where this is in keeping with the high-quality education and outstanding pastoral support which we provide.
In a letter from the Chair of Governors this is confirmed: “The fees for 2025/26 for Year 9 to Year 13 will remain unchanged. Beyond this, we have also taken a close look at our offer for the Lower School and you will have seen our announcement of a more flexible offer for Years 7 and 8 which seeks to address increasing parental desire for flexibility for younger pupils, whilst preserving the fundamental full boarding ethos of Tudor Hall.”
“Thank you for your continued support at a time where we appreciate the challenges around the cost of living.”
Tudor Hall School is a leading all girls’ boarding and day school in Oxfordshire, and will be marking 175 years in all girls’ education in 2025-26.
