Queen Anne’s School is delighted to announce another year of excellent A Level results, with 40% of all grades at A*A and 69% at A*, A or B. Headmistress, Julia Harrington said “I could not be more proud of the girls’ achievements; they have been a fantastic year group who have been dedicated to their studies and building their futures. They now go on to take up their places at universities in the UK, Holland and the USA, as well as to degree apprenticeships”. Girls will be embarking on an exciting range of courses, including: Mechanical Engineering, Law, Interior Architecture, Criminology, Mathematics, Theatre & Performance Studies, International Relations and Biomedical Sciences.

Emma, who last year spent her summer at UCL’s Homer summer school, has secured her place to study Classics at the University of Oxford.  Bella has had a busy summer leading her team as joint captain of England Lacrosse U19’s, to become Women’s U20 European Champions, and has also achieved A/A/B and an A* in her EPQ to go on study Medical Physiology & Therapeutics at the University of Nottingham.

Across the year group, 18% of students achieved all their grades at A*-A and 47% of girls achieved all of their grades in the A*/B range. Head Girls, Amy and Georgina, were both very successful.
