They have results, alongside a huge range of interests, that will provide them with a superb platform for their future and I am excited to see how they continue to flourish in the sixth form.

“Indeed, I am not just proud of their exceptional academic achievements. Their resilience, determination and perseverance typify the Manchester High spirit and our pupils have these characteristics in abundance. They have also been helped along the way by a wonderful staff who have worked so hard to support them through their examination years. I wish our pupils all the very best for their future studies!”

Year 11 pupil Thea, said: “All of the teachers are really supportive – they help not just with your grades, but also with extracurricular interests too. The best thing about being a Manchester High girl is the community that you have here, all of the students and the teachers, it’s just a really nice feeling to be here – especially being an all girls’ school.”

Student, Saee, said: “Manchester High has been really been supportive throughout my GCSE’s. I moved over from India two years ago, and the teachers have been really helpful and supportive in all my subjects. I am really proud of myself for my results!”

Proud Manchester High parent of Year 11 student, Zoha, said: “This is an amazing result for our daughter; we are so happy. Thank you so much Manchester High for supporting us and our daughter to achieve such brilliant grades.”

Mrs Jeys added: “Every year at Manchester High, we speak to girls with a fantastic set of GCSE results, who want to see what our high performing Sixth Form can offer them. We will be available to speak to potential students throughout results day and immediately afterwards, so that girls can explore their options.”
