Leicester High School for Girls is celebrating another excellent year of GCSE results. A quarter of all grades awarded were at the top Grade 9, and 86% were at Grades 9–6.
There were standout results across the board, particularly in RS, English and the Sciences, with a high number of Grade 9s. Three pupils achieved a clean sweep of Grade 8 and 9s across all subjects – an exceptional accomplishment.
Deputy Headteacher John Partridge said:
“These outstanding results reflect the focus, ambition and support that define life at Leicester High. As a specialist girls’ school, we provide an environment where every pupil is encouraged to be confident, curious and determined to succeed. I’m proud of everything our pupils have achieved – and of the staff who have supported and inspired them along the way.”
