On the back of an excellent set of IB results last month, Sherborne Girls in Dorset is celebrating an incredibly strong set of A Level results with 74% of grades awarded at A*to B and 50% of grades achieving the highest grades of A* and A.
More than a quarter of students achieved all straight A* and As in their subjects – a huge jump in comparison to the previous year and evidence of the high academic calibre at Sherborne Girls.
Headmistress, Dr Ruth Sullivan, commented on the results, saying:
“We are so pleased for our girls; they have worked incredibly hard and these results are a fitting reflection of their dedication and perseverance. We wish them well as they move on to the next exciting stage of their education.”
