Pupils from Kilgraston enjoyed practicing with a dragon they created as part of winter crafting afternoons and art classes, to celebrate Chinese New Year.
The dragon will ‘travel’ around the School to the drum-beat of accompanying musicians, before joining girls for a Chinese buffet to celebrate the beginning of the new Lunar Year.
“Pupils have combined artistic skills, creativity, diversity and most importantly, fun,” said Head of Art, Jean-Pierre Lapeyre, “I’m really proud of their ingenuity. It’s so nice to see them all smiling again – long overdue!”
