Students, parents, staff and exhibitors flocked to the Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools Higher Education Gap Year and Careers Convention.
Students from Years 9 to 13 and their families created an engaged and captivated atmosphere, making the most of the diverse range of exhibitors present at the convention.
These included universities, professionals from a range of careers, and gap year experts.
Together, the exhibitors’ passions for their occupations and the students’ enthusiasm to broaden their horizons, created an inspiring evening, at Monmouth Schools Sport Club on Tuesday (28th June).
It was also a special occasion for organiser, Mrs Denise Gray, the schools’ Careers and HE Coordinator, who was presented with surprise birthday treats by the student helpers.
