On Tuesday 20 September, Year 2 were joined by a special visitor, children’s author, Margaret Bateson-Hill.
The girls gathered excitedly in the Reading Orchard to have a storytelling of Masha and the Firebird – a story all about a brave little girl called Masha who loves to paint. As Masha goes on an adventure, she ends up meeting a Firebird who needs help hiding her eggs from a witch…
