Malvern St James Girls’ School has responded to the urgent appeal from the Government to support the NHS during the COVID-19 crisis, by offering its Benhams boarding house as accommodation for NHS workers.
Located in Great Malvern, Worcestershire, Malvern St James’s Benhams boarding house has 39 beds in total which the School is offering as alternate accommodation, free of charge for NHS staff during these unprecedented times. Comprising mostly single bedrooms, the boarding house also has communal living areas and kitchens.
In recognition of the importance of cleaning uniforms and clothing at the end of shifts, Malvern St James will purchase additional washing machines for NHS staff to use during their stay.
